Introducing Nidia Valadez

Today, Nidia Valadez joins us to share her journey from personal experience to a thriving career in counseling. Nidia and Reah discuss an array of topics, experiences, developments, and observations surrounding emotional development. Nidia and Reah share a very similar childhood which bonds them on experiences of being a child of divorced parents, both diagnosed with ADHD at different ages, learning to navigate ADHD and their mental health both from childhood through young adulthood.
