Trigger warning: mention of scarring (self-harm; both mental, physical)!
This week, Natia and Reah talk about the scars we see and the scars we only feel. They mention emotional scars in reference to the difference, how we can acknowledge and grow from them, why we should not frown upon them, and mention a couple of healthy resources for information on them. As we wrap up December; we hope we have been able to provide you with abundant tools, resources, and support as you continue your journey through holiday grief (or supporting someone through their own grief). Thank you for being on this journey with us and we can't wait to talk at you next year!!!
